Black Olives, ‘stone in’, in oil. Left to mature then cured in salt, our whole black olives are gorgeous on their own or as an ingredient in classic mediterannean dishes.
They have been naturally fermented, so they contain natural lactic acid bacteria and yeasts. We don't pasteurize our olives, so they're as good for your biome as they are for you!Base size is our retail pack, a clear standup pouch with 160g of pitted olives topped up to 220g with a fridge friendly blend of sunflower oil and Extra Virgin Olive oil.Larger size bags are available via the drop down menu. INGREDIENTS: Undyed whole black Greek volos olives (74%: ripe whole olives, vinegar, salt, olive oil), sunflower oil (16%), Greek extra virgin olive oil (10%).

Storage instructions: Store in a cool dark place. Once opened store covered in the fridge at 0-5 degrees C and consume within 10 days and by the best before date (see base).
