Pitted Kalamata olives
Just pitted Kalamata olives in oil, simple. Kalamatas are PDO protected and can only be called Kalamatas if from Greece. They are wonderfully tangy, salty, almost a trace of spice runs through them. Simply delicious. They have been naturally fermented and flavoured with the addition of a little red wine vinegar.
Base size is our retail pack, a clear standup pouch with 160g of pitted olives topped up to 220g with a fridge friendly blend of sunflower oil and Extra Virgin Olive oil.
Larger size bags are available via the drop down menu. They are larger, non standup pouches. Perfect for decanting into your own clip top jar or tub for storage in the fridge.
We love adding these into a fresh tomato pasta sauce, adding as a delicious topping to pizzas, or making a simple Kalamata tapenade paste with the oil added for extra smoothness.

Ingredients: Pitted Greek Kalamata olives (74%: olives, vinegar, salt, oil), sunflower oil (16%), Greek extra virgin olive oil (10%).

Storage instructions: Store in a cool dark place. Once opened store covered in the fridge at 0-5
degrees C and consume within 10 days and by the best before date (see base).
