Protected designation of origin, cold pressed, from Crete, this award winning extra virgin olive oil is slightly grassy, peppery and super smooth - classic greek olive oil attributes. Lovely verdant green in colour, it's perfect for salad dressing or just simply served with bread and balsamic.
It is the same oil we add to all our olives. Now in a more environmentally friendly 500ml metal tin.
Acidity 0.8% max.
All extra virgin oils will clump at cold temperatures, don't panic, just warm to room temperature!
